Iran to construct first nuclear plant
The new nuclear plant will be built by Iran during the year 2011 said a top official. The third uranium enrichment plant will be completed within the early 2011. After gaining the sanctions on the Tehran the sensitive nuclear work will be started soon.
The Atomic Chief of Iran Ali Akbar Salehi said the television that the search of sites is in the ending stages. The sites are selected for the 10 new enrichment facilities said the Atomic Chief. The construction of the nuke plant will be started by the end of current Iranian year or the starting of the next year. Iran already has a main Uranium plant situated in the city of Natanz. The second uranium enrichment facility is situated inside a mountain at Fordo in Tehran.
Iran’s president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said the construction of 10 new enrichment plants later of 2009. The new enrichment were censured by the UN atomic watchdog due to the building the Fordo facility. The new uranium plants will situated in areas were there would be no air strikes said one of the vice presidents.
