Certain chemicals in the body are released when we are exposed to the sun. The chemical elevates your moods but in winter the climate can be depressing. The ultraviolet rays known for its negative effects have direct connection to the state of our mind.

Some countries experience depressive symptoms due to the absence of the sun. The best time for sun exposure is early morning 6 to 7 where the wavelength of the sun is the longest. The ideal balance is achieved when we are exposed to the sun at this time. The vitamin D is from the sun can strengthen the bones and also create perspiration.

Sweating naturally from the sun helps us to gain moisture and prevent the wrinkles. Dark skin people have high immunity against sunlight compared to white skin. Be careful of not to expose to the sun too much especially during the peak period. The unbalanced exposure to the sun may lead you to imbalanced blood pressure, asthma, migraines, heart ailments and various skin diseases. The overexposure to the sun can be controlled if you include fish and olive oil in your diet.
