The clinical trials and researches conducted among animals lead to boosting memories. The study was conducted by Robert Krikorian on blueberries as memory enhancer. The study was conducted on people of the age of 70 volunteers.
The volunteers were asked to drink 2 and half cup of blue berry juice for 2 months. Another group was asked to drink a beverage without blueberries. The scientists said the blueberry juice group showed good improvement and significant learning. The research was concluded with wonderful memory learning capacity.
