China manufacturing index expands for six months in a row
The Chinese running does not seem to slow down, if you go by the September 2009 manufacturing index. The Chinese manufacturing has expanded positively and also at an aggressive pace for the sixth month in a row. The key reason behind the Chinese growth against the global downturn is the massive stimulus spending being executed by the Chinese government since the beginning of 2009. The bank loans have been disbursed at mind boggling pace in the last six months, at over 45%. The Chinese government is planning to cut down the excessive lending in the coming months.
