Avoid too much sweets

One thing everybody likes to eat is sweets.  Sweets are good for the tongue but bad for the body, if taken beyond the minimum requirement. The minimum required sweet for our body is abundantly available in many of the vegetables and fruits which we eat.

In addition to this we take lot of sugar through the coffee or tea or soft drinks we consume every day. Excess sweet in our body leads to lot of diseases, including the dreaded Diabetes. Diabetes is also called a slow and silent killer, because it affects all the important parts of your body including kidney and eyes, without you even noticing that.

Once you cross 35 years of age, it will be prudent to consciously reduce the sweet  / sugar intake, and also get your blood sugar levels checked once a year at least. This will help you in identifying any problem on a pro active manner and STAY HEALTHY FOR MOST PART OF YOUR LIFE.
