US outsourcing to come down
Barak Obama is cutting down the tax breaks given to US companies that outsource their jobs out of US. This is expected to force many US companies to cut down on their outsourcing to cheaper destinations like India and other Asian countries, because they cannot afford to lose tax breaks during these tough times. But over the long term, US companies might end up losing their competitive edge due to increased cost structure by using local US talent. We need to see how US comes out of this inefficiency problem over the long term. Even Obama may need some more time to work out long term adjustments.
