US dollar strengthens
In the last one week, the US dollar has started strengthening against all other major currencies and this had a direct impact of pushing down the crude oil prices. Even many commodity prices started cooling off due to investors and speculators moving out of gold, silver, crude etc. into US dollars. Experts feel that with inflation set to cool down in US due to low crude oil prices , the dollar strengthening might gain pace.
