    Prevention is better than cure, say our ancestors. It is indeed important that we can save a lot of pain and also money by identifying all body disorders in early stages and taking preventive steps. The first step for this is to ensure periodic health checkup with our family doctor / clinic on a quarterly basis in order to identify any problems. This becomes more important once we get in to our late thirties. Equally important is the need to ensure regular physical exercising and also ensure balanced dieting with conscious cut on fatty and oil food. Health is wealth, after all.
