US Q4 GDP at 1.9%
The US economy grew at a disappointing 1.9% rate in the second quarter of 2008 in spite of the heavy dose of economic stimulus package and also the tax refunds to millions of US citizens. This has raised fears in the minds of experts that in coming quarters US will definitely get into recession mode and that does not augur well for the industries that are already reeling under heavy losses and loss of business.
