US foreclosures double
The US foreclosure filings in the second quarter of this year more than doubled from a year earlier figure, which clearly indicates that the housing mortgage crisis is far from over. Almost 7.4 lac properties were in some stage of foreclosure, the highest figure since the tracking was started in January 2005.
