Crude oil surges to 141 dollars
Crude oil surged to record high of over 141 dollars due to increasing concerns on supply disruptions from Nigeria and even the Middle east countries. The OPEC chief had commented few days back that OPEC is already running close to full capacity and it will not be possible to increase supplies dramatically on short notice. He also opined that the prices are bound to hit 170 dollars shortly. That comment has added fire to the fuel shortage fire burning high already.
