  • Bond markets reviving

International bond market is slowly but steadily limping back to normalcy it seems. Emerging market sovereign and quasi-sovereign borrowers are able to make bond offers and collect money from international markets in the last few weeks. Indonesia sold 2.2 billion dollars of bonds, Poland sold 3 billion dollars 10 year bonds, Romania last week issues its first Euro bonds in five years. This will be sign of confidence to all lenders.
