US Technology and media companies are a worried lot these days. This is because they fear that the impending US slowdown will cast its shadows on consumer spending, and this can in turn lead to sharp cuts in technology spending by companies across the board. Even the reduced Technology spends might go out for outsourcing to countries like India, which will add to their problems.
