LNMittal bids for Bulgarian steel firm
The international steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal, the world’s largest steel maker and also the world’s richest Indian, has now locked horns with the Ukrainian tycoon Konstantin Zhevago in the final round of bidding for acquisition of Bulgarian steel firm Kremikovtzi. Mittal controlled ArcelorMittal has submitted proposal for the bulgarian firm acquisition. Decision by the Bulgarian steel company is expected next week.
