Vegetarian food for better health

A research by leading agency has found that vegetarian food in natural form like fruits, nuts, vegetables, dry fruits, garlic , honey and milk products help in maintaining good health. An agency in India took the initiative and applied this food pattern on selected set of patients and found positive results in terms of eradication or improvement in the disease / disorder levels.  Maybe god has given us lot of good things and meticulously we make them bad by frying / boiling / drying and then eating them in wrong quantites and wrong times.
